Most of the materials document his time as chancellor (1965-1979), though some, in particular the materials in the 2010 accession, document Moudy's work in other administrative positions at TCU.
The records document M. E. Sadler’s life and career. The records include Dr. Sadler’s writings, sermons, and speeches, as well as business correspondence and a limited amount of biographical information.
The collection consists of correspondence (outgoing from the Chancellor's office), materials related to Tucker's inauguration, photographs, memorabilia, and audiovisual materials. The memorabilia includes awards plaques and a program from his farewell gala. The audiovisual materials consist of recordings of TCU commencements and convocations, and of speeches Tucker gave at various university and community functions.
