David Grant Papers
Scope and Contents
Reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and other records document the university service of Professor Emeritus David Grant from 1983 through 2020. While on the faculty of TCU, Dr. Grant served on the Core Curriculum Review, the Academic Excellence Committee, and in the Faculty Senate, where he served on the Excellence subcommittee. The records were stored in binders and have been transferred to folders and boxes. Dr. Grant donated the materials to Special Collections upon his retirement from TCU in 2022.

Biographical / Historical
Dr. David Grant was a member of the TCU faculty and a professor emeritus of religion. He recieved his BA in 1972 from Austin College, followed by a masters of theology in 1976 from the Southern Methodist University, and his Ph.D from Harvard University in 1981. While at TCU he has served on numerous committees, department chair, and director of the honors program.
