The papers consist of published works of music, arrangements, and unpublished compositions by Ralph Guenther from the years 1939 through 1996. The items are arranged alphabetically by the title of the composition.
Correspondence, typescripts of plays, book reviews, and reprints of articles from various literary journals. A large portion of the material is correspondence during her time as president of the Texas Institute of Letters.
The papers include programs and other materials related to his years as choral director for TCU, University Christian Church, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Series I. includes video and audio recordings from various concerts. Series II. Includes ephemera, correspondence, class material, newspaper clippings, programs, photographs, and other assorted material There are quite a few programs from TCU concerts and programs from non TCU venues.
This collection contains research, interviews, and audiovisual materials collected by Sherrie Reynolds and her staff for the TCU Story project and for the book Arms of God: the Sisters of St. Mary of Namur, 2011.
