Edwin T. Cornelius Collection
Audiovisual language programs, scripts, correspondence, business files, research material, books, and artifacts document the life and work of English as a Second Language educator Edwin T. Cornelius from 1940-2012. Cornelius was a TCU grad and linguist who developed and wrote numerous ESL courses for Greek, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese audiences.

The collection includes a photo of Add Ran College at Thorp Springs, Texas. Of particular interest is her diary from 1890 as a student and an autograph book from 1885. There is also a program from Add-Ran College, a receipt for a Cotton Bowl ticket, a Fort Worth Press news clipping, and a poem, signed by ‘Lela.’
