Correspondence of Addison Clark and the Clark family from 1867-1910. The first box contains strictly letters from Addison Clark and his wife Sallie McQuigg Clark. In this correspondence, there is mention of Addran College, Thorp Springs, and their children: Addison (Addie) Jr., Jessie May, Bessie Clark, and Carlton Clark. These letters detail Addison Clark's travels throughout the United States as he preaches and visits various churches. He also mentions the progress of AddRan College over time as well as his relationship with his brother, Randolph Clark. Sallie McQuigg Clark's letters contain information pertaining to the Clark Family home life, local churches, and updates of their children's whereabouts and activities. The second and largest box contains correspondence from Addison Clark Jr., Jessie May Clark, Carlton Clark, Bessie Clark, Jesse McQuigg, and Fannie Abernathy.
