This series consists of business records of the Mrs. Baird's Bakeries dating from 1887-2002. The bulk of the material is from the founding of the company in 1911 through its sale to Bimbo Bakeries in 2007. The series is divided into nine sub-series: Advertising, Bakeries, Personnel Relations, Correspondence, Internal Publications, Marketing, Newspaper clippings, Reports, and Artifacts and Memorabilia. The bulk of this series relates to marketing, advertising, and employee relations. Also of note are 24 portfolios containing advertising and promotional material for the company.
