Biographical / Historical

nteresting history of the graduates of the First Officers Training Camp, Leon Springs, Texas, August 1917, the so called "Ninety Day Wonders" who became some of the first new officers for the United States Army in 1917 after the Declaration of War and entry into the First World War, World War I or the Great War by the United States of America. Some years after the end of the War and their return home to the United States, these graduates of the FOTC formed the First Officers Training Camp Association which met annually and alternatively in the cities of Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston and San Antonio, Texas.
